Go Big Girl what you gon' do??

So today, it begins.  I've had this blog up for a while, but have never sat still long enough to start it up.  Or maybe I was just stalling on putting in writing exactly how fat I am.  Today I'm bloated, as I am on day 2 of my cycle, and I know I'm about 4-5lbs heavier than normal (she's a beast), but today is the day...

The purpose of this blog is to document via pictures, measurements and food/exercise diary in a way that I can be totally honest.  This will begin anonymously.  I would be far too mortified to share the pictures and true weight with even  my closest friends, so hopefully...somehow, I will gain a follower family that will encourage me and keep me going.  Several of my close friends have lost a good bit of weight recently and I have been gleaning information from them and hope to find my own way.

Here are a few pictures that I took today (10-10-10), and hopefully I will start to see some changes soon.  My measurements will come in the next post.

  1. Id like to see your progress, hopefully its motivational. In addition have you tried yoga? Or pilates? Its great for shedding pounds. Keep going!!
